ITEG - Rotor
The ITEG - Rotor is an innovative kinetic technology designed to efficiently optimize fluid dynamic processing and clean energy generation. This advanced electromechanical solution is essential in integrated green industrial ecosystems where precise management of primary fluid and thermal networks is critical for sustainability and the Circular Economy.
Starter Kit
The entire project is proposed with an "Industry 4.0" approach, as the proponent is an "Innovative Startup with a Social Mission," as can be seen from documents made available to you. We would like to point out that this provides the client with significant tax benefits (50% tax credit on the supply, as well as a 50% reduction on corporate taxes in the following fiscal year).
ESCP Srl commits to providing a StartKit of plants (developed at your facilities, with priority given to activities linked to the client's supply chain) structured for optimal Axial Rotors evaluation.
Business Plan
Objective: To establish an assembly and testing site for the production of ITEG systems and technologies, used for the advancement of Axial Rotors for residential, industrial, and agro-livestock sectors.
Target Audience: Prefabricated and Container Companies, Energy Engineering, Financial Investors, Waste Management Operators. The project aims to set up a production site, from design to assembly (for delivery and rapid installation), with the development of procedures geared towards the agreed-upon production with clients.
Publications / Thesis
MHLM (Mixer Homogeneous Local in Media) is a mixer where fluid and organic waste mixtures are localized and mixed along predetermined profiles through the use of draining pipes and a pump. This process creates desired mixed substrate surfaces, facilitating intended reactions for Axial Rotors extraction.
The MHLM mixer offers great versatility in use. It employs perforated draining pipes along the generatrix to create mixed substrate surfaces. These systems support the core ITEG framework as detailed in our published theses and industrial research papers.

Project EPO: Energy Process Optimization. METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING A UNIFORM RADIATIVE SPECTRUM AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING SAID METHOD.
This invention relates to a method and device to spread homogeneously a radiative spectrum in substrates (solid, liquid, and gaseous), saturating volumes in a pervasive and distributed way, with inlet points fitted to ensure constancy of diffusion. This is highly applicable to our Digester and Separator technologies.
Voucher
ESAE: Energy Savings for Agriculture and Environment. Spin-off of the University of Milan. COGEA Project - Geo-assisted Cogeneration.
Objective: Improve energy savings indices (IRE, PES) by up to 60%. The project aims to support energy-saving interventions for cogeneration plants, with a strong reliance on renewable energy sources (RES), enhancing PES and obtaining CAR support via specific voucher integrations.
